Returns and Refund policy

Our objective is to provide a wide selection of brand-name computer supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (however a reason is required) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.

If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee) on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email (sales@scisuk.com) or call 01673 866710 within 48hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorisation (RMA) is issued by their manufacturer. All returns must be shipped postage prepaid.

When we receive an internet order you always get an e-mail from WORLDPAY confirming your order placed on our website. We try our best to process all the orders within a reasonable time frame and according to the delivery options of your choice. If however, goods cannot be mailed within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, determine if you wish to continue with the transaction or offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you have not received the goods within 7 working days you should contact us immediately.

Compensation will exclude:

• Losses that were foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made

• Losses that were not caused by any breach on our part

• Business losses and/or losses to non consumers

• A full refund or replacement of the goods will be made.
  
  Your statutory rights are not affected by above exclusions.
