Please note: We will always charge to the nearest hour, for example 35 minutes would be charged as 1 hour, 1 hour and 25 minutes would be charged at 2 hours. This charge covers not only our time, but associated costs such as remote support software, back office admin and processing charges. E&OE.
For MOTO transactions, payment is always taken prior to dispatch. For items collected from our offices, payment is strictly on collection. For customers with with established credit facilities, payment is 30 days from date of invoice. If payment terms are not adhered to for credit customers, facilities may be withdrawn at any time.
